Literally unusable. Half the time it says my password is wrong (even though its the password that the app saved for fast loggin) and the other half I tap the login button and it doesn't do anything! Like literally will look like its loading and then stay on the loggin screen. Completely broken app for such an important purpose. This is how I renew my medication, how has this not been fixed!

Fundamental dysfunction. You attempt signing on, only to have the application tell you your session has expired. As a result of signing on. About two-to-three loops of this and the application freezes. Save yourself the trouble of downloading and installing. It's easier to just call.

The updated app does not work at all. If I am lucky enough to log in, it won't allow me to order my refill. Then, when I try to order it again, the system kicks me out and I am unable to log in! This has been happening for over a week... is anyone paying attention to the posts that people have been writing so that the problem gets resolved?
