Ratings and reviews

Fundamental dysfunction. You attempt signing on, only to have the application tell you your session has expired. As a result of signing on. About two-to-three loops of this and the application freezes. Save yourself the trouble of downloading and installing. It's easier to just call.

Love the app! Easy to use. I like that I can manage my family member's prescriptions. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because once you run out of refills on a prescription it's no longer in the prescription line up. It would be awesome if you could request new refill orders in app instead of having to call and bug the staff. Once that happens, I'm changing my rating to 5 stars!

This app has some flaws but has been usable until there was a recent update which not only deleted all my login information but no longer allows me to log on at all, even with a reset password. As of the present, this app is now totally useless to me. Too bad, I was using in in the past for ordering my refills. Now, back to using the telephone to order refills with a real person. What once was a 3 star for me is now a 1 or zero star.
