I get my rxs filled and picked up yes but this process isn't the easiest. I live about 20 miles out of town and try to fill and pick up my rxs at the same time but that never seems to work out. I request refills early , I use the app ( which does help a bit ) but seems every time I come to pick up ones left out or some aren't ready even after the text. Always always long lines . They do their best for sure . Just feels like a dmv visit more nowadays.

The updated app does not work at all. If I am lucky enough to log in, it won't allow me to order my refill. Then, when I try to order it again, the system kicks me out and I am unable to log in! This has been happening for over a week... is anyone paying attention to the posts that people have been writing so that the problem gets resolved?

Fundamental dysfunction. You attempt signing on, only to have the application tell you your session has expired. As a result of signing on. About two-to-three loops of this and the application freezes. Save yourself the trouble of downloading and installing. It's easier to just call.
