Canceled my order without informing. Then again once they canceled at the last moment. Then every time they change or give atleast one wrong item. Even given leaked and spoiled items in offer. After many times this happened I asked them for a refund just so they think how trouble it makes for them and us. So disappointed. I was their regular customer. I wonder if I will shop from here ever again.

Bad experience. Ordered from the app. Staff from this number 0566803588 whatsapp me about an item out of stock within minutes, and we agreed on the delivery of the rest of the items. I contacted him again before the end of the delivery period that was set on the app to confirm the delivery. He didn't deliver the order. He didn't even bother to contact me for any delay or cancellation of my order. Order Number: OD151440

this is the worst shopping app I've ever tried my order is supposed to be delivered between 10 am and 2 pm and it's now 7 pm, and guess what it's not delivered yet another issue is that when you order some items, especially if it's an offer, they will tell you later that it's not available I'm done with this app
