As it says a simple diet diary. It is easy to use and flexible you can add nutrients so can track anything. I found the optional database of little use many items are not available in the UK. In other diet Apps I have found errors which made their databases suspect. So I prefer to build up my own as I use the diary.
I'm enjoying the simplicity of the app, it's working well for me. One feature I find myself wanting is the ability to save certain foods with their calories by weight in a library, and then add the foods by weight when i eat them and have the calories automatically worked out. But even without this feature it's working great for me. Thanks!
plz plz plz add indian fast food in options like vada pav, pani puri, kachori etc also sweets like jelebi, gulab jamun, sonpapdi etc bcoz this food items are too difficult to control. Then it will be like best diet app.
Love this app. I use it to track what foods I'm eating and calories. Really simple, and it saves each food entry and portion so it's easy to put in if you eat the same things a lot.
Best food diary tracker app I have found and I have tried at least 15. You can add dimensions to track in addition to normal nutritional info. For example, you can add dimensions like slimming world syns, hex a and hex bs, or weight watchers points, or the number of portions of fruit and veg or the amount of fluids. You can then choose which, if any, elements to display the totals of below the food list per day. The interface is simple and clean. It is easy to copy and paste items from one day to another which many apps don't make easy for some reason. Excellent, customisable and easy to use.
A simple calorie counter but it does it very well. You can add a nutrient field to log anything eg daily activity.
