I made an order and it was delayed for over 3 weeks , each time I contacted customer support they either say it's "not ready yet" or the shipping company couldn't contact me, despite not receiving phone calls nor WhatsApp messages from any shipping company. I filed a complaint and they said they will contact me after 2 days they didn't so I called them myself after 3 days, she told me that they sent an email to the relevant department, and immediately cut the line,so I cancelled the order

Awful experience, order delayed then canceled and not refunded, useless customer service and complaint option doesn't exist .. not recommended at all :(

Worst service ever. I ordered an air conditioner and it arrived missing parts. Their customer service is extremely bad, and I have been waiting for more than a month and a half for them to bring the missing part.I filed a complaint with Consumer Protection,and the complaint has still not been resolved so far. I do not recommed أسوء خدمةطلبت منهم تكييف وجة ناقص وخدمة العملاء عندهم سيئة جداوبقالي اكتر من شهرونص منتظر يجيبوا الجزء الناقص. عملت شكوي عند حماية المستهلك ولسة متحلتش الشكوي حتي الان .
