Worst service ever. I ordered an air conditioner and it arrived missing parts. Their customer service is extremely bad, and I have been waiting for more than a month and a half for them to bring the missing part.I filed a complaint with Consumer Protection,and the complaint has still not been resolved so far. I do not recommed أسوء خدمةطلبت منهم تكييف وجة ناقص وخدمة العملاء عندهم سيئة جداوبقالي اكتر من شهرونص منتظر يجيبوا الجزء الناقص. عملت شكوي عند حماية المستهلك ولسة متحلتش الشكوي حتي الان .

I had a very disappointing experience with Raya. Their ads are misleading and promise offers that turn out to be fake. They do not honor their commitments and when you choose a payment method, they fail to follow through. Their customer service hotline is unprofessional, with representatives who lack solutions and simply pass you around between departments without resolving your issues. Additionally, the installation team was both unprofessional and rude. I strongly advise avoiding Raya.
