RBC Connect U.S. Investor Mobile
RBC Connect provides a timely and efficient way for investors who clear and custody assets with RBC Correspondent and Advisor Services to access their account information, as well as market information, seven days a week, 24 hours a day. To provide another access point for clients to check high demand information on their accounts (i.e. balance, performance summaries, investment holdings, and transactions), clients may use the Smartphone mobility feature.
RBC Connect is available to clients free of charge. Clients must first register to use the service. Simply sign in using the same user ID and password you set up for Investor Connect or RBC Advisor Connect desktop access, or complete registration by enrolling in Investor Connect or RBC Advisor Connect.
To register, please contact Client Support Services at 1-800-933-9946. You can also register by going to www.investor-connect.com for RBC Correspondent Services clients or www.rbcadvisorconnect.com for RBC Advisor Services clients and select the “Register Now” button from the Welcome page.
