This app is the worst app I've ever used. Very slow in loading the informations/options inside, the old one is better. Also i can't even see the complete numbers of my credit card especially the webshopper. There should be an option to reveal/hide the numbers. Paging the owner of rcbc, fire the CTO who decided to replace the old app already without a better working replacement.

So disappointing, I recovered my online banking yesterday and had to wait 24 hours to use the transactions because it was on hold. Now I have to wait another 24 hours because suddenly I'm using another device when I'm not even using one, I'm using the same device! What is with all these errors. It's so frustrating. I can't even contact customer service even with load and with the toll free line. This is Frustrating I can't get my money for another 24 hours and I NEED IT NOW.

Notifications for incoming remittances are delayed, the app can only be used on ONE phone. That's not security. It's an inconvenience. In today's world where we use several gadgets, I'd like to be able to access our account wherever, whenever. Especially if it's a joint account! I'm totally disappointed with RCBCs online banking features. I hope they improve it or I'm moving to another bank. It's a deal breaker. update: the Pulz app is sooooo slooooow. EW bank app is better
