Ratings and reviews

App keeps on crashing whenever I open it. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the app but I'm experiencing the same error. It's saying "App forced closed due to an error in internal server." Update: After several weeks of waiting, I was now able to access my account but the app suddenly feels very slow and super laggy. Even for a simple log in, it'll take at least two minutes for everything to load. Not sure what exactly happened but this app now feels trashier than other PH banking apps.

Just the worst banking app. it doesn't open. Must be reinstalled. but when you reinstall, you can't transact for 24 hrs! Notifications for incoming remittances are delayed, the app can only be used on ONE phone. That's not security. It's an inconvenience. In today's world where we use several gadgets, I'd like to be able to access our account wherever, whenever. Especially if it's a joint account! I'm totally disappointed with RCBCs online banking features.

Can't log-in to the app, and keeps crashing out of nowhere on my presence. After I update the app, same scenario I encountered with this app. I can't definitely uninstall, because I have my biometrics keep intact (and if there is a time I don't recall my password). I hope that this matter would be addressed. For the meantime, I will use my Diskartech app.
