Having a limit on the registered devices (three) sucks. Worse is that adding new device takes at least a day unless you call customer service which is another hassle. 01/2026 Update: weird process in updating your password as your biometrics need to be registered again. they also dont tell how long they look up your older passwords so you can rotate them.

Kindly make an option for direct payment of credit card using the savings account and real time update. I opened a savings account recently and linked it to the Pulz App. Weird thing is that you have to go through the bills payment first and add the account manually to pay your cc SOA. After that, wait for 3 banking days for it to be credited. Really frustrating. The same bank and paying on the same app should be real time like in the UB App

The app keeps crashing every time I try to log in. This issue has been ongoing for over a month already. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and waited the required 24 hours, but nothing works. I keep reinstalling the app. It’s very frustrating. I hope this issue gets fixed soon because it’s really frustrating.
