I've lost count how many times I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app. It's so hassle to use as it keeps crashing. It's inconvenient to clear cache or data or the last resort - uninstall, coz it means I would have to wait another 24 hours to access my account. I like that it can save my biometrics so I won't have to enter my password every single time. But it keeps crashing and won't even open, won't even stay in the log in page, just automatically force closed!

The app is terrible. I kept trying to set up my online banking and link my new credit card and each time I did it always kept asking me to verify through email and reply (YES) I kept replying and providing what is needed but it always end up expiring. my due is approaching! How am I suppose to pay my bill? I tried to call customer service and they ask mo to do the same thing again which never works. I hope they fix this!

I have been with RCBC for almost 2 years now... At first the mobile app is super nice however when they discpntinued that app and transitioned to a new one it doesn't recognize my login and so I only use the browser. So inconvenient. Their Customer service when I called 6 months ago wasn't helpful at all. I don't have enough time to call customer care every now and then to fix the issue.
