Your app's always crushing. I couldn't even logged in. How am I supposed to go online banking when I can't even open it. It's so frustrating. Fix it immediately!!! And this is not the first time it happened. The only solution I have is to unistall and install the app but your app won't even recognize my device so that means I can't use the app for 24 hours.

I’m having a problem with the app because it keeps crashing every time I log in. This has been happening for almost 3 months now. After about a week of working properly, the app starts crashing again whenever I try to open it. It’s becoming really frustrating and inconvenient to use. I hope this issue can be fixed soon.. please fixed this it's been a week already!!

The app keep on crashing. I can't even open the app on my phone. After I logged in, it will load for a few seconds and then it will close automatically. So annoying and frustrating. I have tried every trouble shooting I can possibly do but still no good. I'm a seaman and I can't even rely on this app on managing my finances and paying my bills. So inconvient and unreliable. I hope this can be fixed on the next update because right now, the app is useless and not helpful at all.
