The app is so frustrating to use. I can't log in using my username and password, it says wrong username or password. I tried to reset my password but couldn't even continue it keeps on crashing and delayed otp. Also, customer service sucks. I reach out through available email addresses, phone numbers, and even their social media platforms but all I get are automated replies and been on hold on a call for so long. It's been a week and there's no resolution

This app started out great, but ever since the announced maintenance downtime, I haven’t been able to log in. It keeps saying ‘invalid password’ even though I’m entering the correct one! When I try to reset my password, it always ends with ‘failed setting up new password.’ This has been really frustrating, annoying and super inconvenient!!! 🙄😡

Same as everyone else. It keeps on crashing when logged in successfully. If you uninstall it, it will work but you have to wait 24hrs to use it because you need to remove the SAME device. Web app is much more reliable BUT it will not allow you to login at the same time as mobile. If you log in to mobile or if you refresh the web page, it will register as you are still logged in and display an error even when you're already logged out. You have to wait an hour to use it again. So much hassle!!!
