My glasses are connected but I cannot upload my pictures or videos because it keeps saying that 1. There's an update that I can't seem to get even though I just downloaded the app. 2. It can never find the device (the glasses) even thought they're already connected. I've tried to troubleshoot this 100 times already and still nothing. The glasses are telling me they're taking video but I have no way of seeing the videos.

Love being able to take a pic in chat and have it tell you what you're looking at. Translation seems to work fine too. Biggest issue is not being able to connect and import pics and vids (using Android). I'd love to use these for pics and vids, my wife got these for me and I really don't want to just sit these on the shelf and have them collect dust. If connectivity issues get resolved, these would be amazing!

Every time I try to import my pictures the process fails. Not sure why you have to be connected to WiFi to import pictures when you're already connected through Bluetooth. Doesn't make sense to me and it's not working. Will try to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if it works better. If not deleting it.
