My glasses are connected but I cannot upload my pictures or videos because it keeps saying that 1. There's an update that I can't seem to get even though I just downloaded the app. 2. It can never find the device (the glasses) even thought they're already connected. I've tried to troubleshoot this 100 times already and still nothing. The glasses are telling me they're taking video but I have no way of seeing the videos.

appears to work fine with iphone, but i use an android, therefore -​Disappointing connectivity – cannot download photos. I bought these primarily for the camera, but the glasses won't sync images to my phone. Until the app or hardware actually allows me to save my media, they’re basically useless.

i can't export the pics or videos to my phone and the app isn't very helpful,my phone is connected to wifi and are connected to the glasses via Bluetooth and the app just says looking for devices and can't connect
