I have now lost 2 rewards in this app I went to use it today and I had a 10.00 gc. App said I needed to log in so I dis once I did my reward was gone. First time was when app updated it ereased my login and when I logged back in the reward was gone. This is starting to be annoying I spend food money and save my rewards and it gone you guys need to fix these stupid glitches. I makes a person feel like a fool at a check out.

I'm a typical millennial, I would consider myself good with technology and pick up new technology quickly. As a millennial, we generally want things to be quick and simple. Easy to use UI. However with this app, it doesn't really suit the target market of consumers that use smartphone for ease of convenience. Problem: The opening screen of the app after installation, has no "get started here" or "register here" page. There's not even a "register now" on the login page, or the RTown website.
