About this app

TrendStudy is an invite-only research app that lets you earn rewards by allowing it to run in the background, whilst you use your device as normal. You contribute data about the apps and websites you use to support market research studies.

Privacy first - We only collect the data needed for your study, nothing more. All data is encrypted at the moment of capture, during transmission and at rest. You're always in control — you can pause data collection, withdraw from a study, or request deletion of your data at any time.

Minimal footprint - TrendStudy is designed to run quietly in the background with minimal effect on your device's performance, battery and data consumption. It is built to work alongside your existing apps and services without any interference.

Easy to Use - Getting started is straightforward. Just follow the onboarding steps, keep the app active for the duration of your study, and enjoy earning rewards along the way.

Ratings and reviews

I was invited to use this app. Installed it and first day or so, everything was fine. By the 3rd day, it locked up my phone. I couldn't do ANYTHING, not even turn my phone off. I put my phone on charge, opened it back up and the screen was still black, nothing worked. Except I was able to turn it off this time, so I did and uninstalled immediately. Phone working perfectly again. So disappointing...

I used this app for one day, and I would like to suggest one improvement to the development team. It would be great if the app included another private mode option called “Turn Off Completely.” Sometimes users need more privacy, and 180 minutes may not be enough. Since the private mode turns on automatically again, it can feel like someone is constantly monitoring you In this mode, all permissions should be completely removed until the user decides to enable them again. It's just my opinion 😊.

I have tried to give this app a fair chance; that said its driving me crazy. The auto listen and record is relentless when you want to send a text. On top of that this app has been running non-stop and it overheating my phone and draining my phone battery.
