rebirth:active is the result of more than 10 years of cutting-edge research at one of the most renowned German universities.

Based on scientific results, an app was developed that supports users in developing healthy routines, the use of which can achieve a sustainable improvement in health.

The app is free as a basic version with limited functions,

as a focus-focused course curated by scientists

or can be used by employees in companies as an individual company program.

Nutrition, exercise and mental health are considered together in the comprehensive rebirth:active concept and give users an opportunity to pave their way to a healthy and active lifestyle.

rebirth:active was developed under the premise that the app can be easily integrated into everyday (working) life and provides both participants in the exclusive rebirth:active courses and company employees with comprehensive health information, simple exercises, individual goals and targeted motivation encourages people to adopt a healthy lifestyle in the long term. In most programs, program participants are motivated and supported by expert coaches.

rebirth:active integrates personal health and fitness data via the Apple Health app and other fitness tracking services such as Fitbit, Garmin and Polar and provides individual support tailored to the level of activity and previous habits.
