HOW AUTOSCAN USES ANDROID'S ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE
Autoscan is Jacana's core scam-detection feature, and it requires Android's Accessibility service to work. With your permission, Jacana uses this service to read the text on your screen and take a screenshot, in whatever app you're using, so it can warn you in real time if something looks like a scam. Jacana does not use Accessibility service to change your settings, disable other apps, or work around Android's privacy controls. You can turn off Autoscan and revoke Accessibility access anytime in Android Settings.
