A very poorly developed application for Android. Maybe iOS is different. If you cannot get simple processes right like being able to login it renders the app useless. Support very poor! Mauva Campbell, I agree and amplify your comments!
This used to be a great mobile app. It is now a huge disappointment! The mobile app is now not in sync with the desktop version and within the mobile app the receipt "in process" is not updated to "ready to explort" even after 10 hours. Yet the desktop version has completed the processing. There is no point having a mobile app that is not in sync with the desktop version. I pay for this app and have no confidence that this problem will be resolved. My other queries are still outstanding...no confidence in the support process.
I'd like to be able to try the app and see how it works before you ask for me to sign up. So far I'm being asked to first provide all my details not knowing if I want to keep the app.
This app & tool has become a central part of expense management here - however the new UI now needs additional 'back' clicks when selecting categories, projects etc, which slows the UX down (during edit of receipt details) It was fine as it was
Receipt Bank is nothing like what I expected it to be. It has none of the features needed in a personal finance app.
