RecipeShelf is a warm little kitchen notebook that lives entirely on your phone. Each recipe is a manual entry — title, cuisine tag, an ordered list of ingredients, the steps in order, a five-star rating, and any modification notes you want to keep — no AI, no network, no cloud. The Shelf tab shows recipes as book-spine rows in a rhythmic staggered layout: a coloured spine on the left, an uppercase cuisine kicker, a row of tiny dot ratings, and a paprika cook-count badge on the right that turns bright the moment you tap "I cooked this" on the detail screen. Filter by cuisine using an underline-tab strip, search by title or ingredient, sort by Recent, Rating, Cooked or Title, or flip the heart to see only your favourites. Detail view opens the whole recipe with a big cook button, a live cook log, edit, delete confirm, and favourite toggle — every button reacts instantly. Stats gives you totals, average rating, top cuisine and most-cooked recipe. Seeded with fifteen real recipes from Italian, Asian, Mexican, Greek, Indian, French, Korean, Middle Eastern and Peruvian kitchens to get you cooking on day one.
