Had some problems with tracking and the streaks but they got fixed. It's bad enough that you have to have $50 to cash out , but then you have to wait 5-7 days to see if you even get paid what you cashed out. Earnings are fairly easy watching videos and playing games , but I play alot of games from Tremendous and you get your money right after you cash out , you don't have to wait.

I am very frustrated because I have not received any automatic reply, ticket number, or confirmation for my previous messages. I have spent a lot of time and money completing the Word Trip (Level 800) and this was not easy at all. I followed all the requirements in good faith, but my reward is still not credited. What is more concerning is that I am not even receiving a ticket number or confirmation that my messages are being received. This makes me think there may be an issue with your system

I'm going to be honest. I was skeptical. My first cash out wasn't smooth. There were complications with the redemption. Their support fixed it. Cash out happened. Second time around, we had a bunch of issues with a game not tracking. I was sure they were going to screw me, as it wasn't a small number. They fixed it. Cashout is happening right now. I hit the threshold twice. They screwed up twice. They fixed it twice. I cashed out twice. It's not the smoothest experience. But it's real.
