Currently having problems trying to purchase items I've added to my basket (some of which are personalised)both online and on the app, coming up with errors such as "failure to proceed to secure purchase" or "something went wrong, please try again" and there is no contact number to help resolve this issue. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible as I am travelling to France for my girlfriend's 30th Birthday.

this app is rubbish. wont allow you to save personalised cards, wont add to the basket. constantly asking you to login. come on fp. get it together.

What is wrong with this app ???? it used to work fine but now after creating a card and editing it and then I click on "add to basket" then I get the "Loading...." screen but it stays stays on the "Loading..." screen for ages and doesn't go any further than that at all ! So what ever is wrong with it can it be fixed please ?
