I recently utilized this app for my fitness journey, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed! Not only is it affordable, but the service was incredibly fast. I received my personalized diet plan in no time, and it was spot on! The report provided was not only authentic but also comprehensive, covering all aspects of my health and nutrition needs. Moreover, the app offers timely updates and reminders, keeping me on track with my goals.

Their phlebotomist never arrives on time and their customer care service is so disappointing. All they care about is money. The app doesn't even have the option to cancel. I had to connect with 5 customer care executives before I could get my appointment cancelled. I wouldn't trust them anymore. This has happened twice. I'm uninstalling their app and won't recommend their service to anyone.

Very poor experience with the consultation team. They would call from some random numbers and then they will drop a message saying trying to reach you. They will call from random timings from a spam number and expect a customer to respond back, else they will close the ticket. Evey after calling the CS they are giving nonsense reasons to hide their inefficiency. Such a waste of time connection every time to customer support for basic things.
