Received the produced. What they didnt say or hid well in the advertisement is you have to pay/subscribe to use ANY part of the app. The instruction booklet literally says once you sign up, "you will be given free access to workout videos." That is a lie. You can't move past the screen where you have to pay. I just downloaded a free weight band training app. It works great.

Love the product, I thought I was getting the best package, only to find out I was slcharged for 2. Started doing the workouts, then I have to subscribe to everything. I've sent emails, tried to make Phone calls, with zero reply. Very dissatisfied, I too had already told a few people abt it, but the customer service is non existing thru email or phone.

Strange how when I attempt to add a photo to my profile I get "you must accept photo library permission" error message. However when I proceed to do that, the app does not show under the apps permission manager list. I also do not have this option under the ridge it app itself. I just reinstalled the app again..."Please enable photo library permissions" when trying to upload a photo OR take a new photo.
Please check that you have the latest version of the Redge app installed and that your device's operating system and version are up to date. If the same issue, it would be helpful if you could send us screenshots or a video of the steps you're taking or how the issue appears on your device. Please send it to support@redgefit.com
