Man where to start if it isn't issues with the bands snapping now my yearly subscription has expired. Though I purchase this in May. I really like the concept but the service is definitely not the greatest and their app has way too many bugs. I have no problem paying for a product if it actually works. The app itself is just super buggy with the slightest faults. You've already invested about $100 with the equipment and $50 with a below subpar app. I definitely can't recommend this to anyone.

Overall, the app is pretty terrible. It simply does not track progress... I just completed day 4 of a program but very day it's on Day 1. The connection offered to Google Fit doesn't work. There is no way to enter my weight, etc, even though it is mentioned in the FAQ. Serious updates are needed. I do like the equipment and workouts, but the app is very disappointing.

It's a solid start but the app is very basic. There's a shoulder workout where they put the wrong video up. The back workout section is very lackluster and feels like you are working out your shoulders for some of the exercises. Overall more workouts could be added and stability could be improved as the app will sometimes switch easily between horizontal and vertical display.
