The latest update of the app is very unfortunate. I have been using rediffmail for more than 20 years now and such a frustration has not been faced until this updated app. For instance, today is April 17, but my mobile app shows emails of only upto April 12. Refreshing the app do not yield any positive result. However, I can access my emails till date through the website in Desktop. Not being able to access updated email through mobile app is of course frustrating.

From the last 3 months, the experience has become very frustrating. After every update, new issues start — the app keeps crashing, homepage doesn't load properly, and it signs out automatically without any reason. Frequent errors, slow performance, and no proper bug fixes. Please fix these issues urgently, or users will be forced to stop using it.

The present update is pathetic. The app doesn't work at all when needed. Always getting logged out and sometimes the app doesn't open at all. My email id is getting logged out frequently anytime. When I try to login it says password is invalid. i changed my password thrice and still not able to login. Everytime it shows password is invalid. Multiple times password settings but still the problem remains same.
