App is great if you can login! I use the app at least twice a month but for some reason I was forced to change my password. NOTHING worked even though I had more than the required one capital, one lowercase, one number, one symbol, at least 8 characters long. Tried NUMEROUS different passwords that I know I've never used before but none of them work. Ended up having to change PW on the website, delete the app, and then redownload. Totally frustrating.

Big bug... One of the big things about Red Robin is being able to order extra fries included with your order when you're in the restaurant. for whatever reason you cannot choose that option within the app. it shows up but will not let you select it. that's a big bug. this needs to be fixed. it's not right that I'm trying to place an online order and can't order the extra fries that is available

The app has so many bugs. It adds items twice to your order although you clicked the add to order button only once. Sometimes when clicking the order button, it shows an error saying "There's an error" but. ot what the error is or what you need to do to solve it. When clicking add while adding a gift card, the ui doesn't update and only after several seconds the UI updates so you're not sure if the app just froze. The food is great but the app is horrible. Order via the website instead.
