• Real Prices Up Front — every service shows its price and how long it takes before you book. No "message me for pricing."

• Five Categories, One App — hair and barbering, nails, makeup, waxing and lashes, in the same checkout.

• A Real Slot, Not a Request — you pick from your pro's live calendar. Instant booking pros are confirmed the moment you pay, with no waiting for approval.

• Nothing Due At The Chair — you pay in full in the app when you book, so there is no awkward card moment at the end. Your stylist is not paid at booking. Cancel more than 24 hours ahead — or any time your stylist cancels — and you are refunded in full.

• On Your Terms — book at your pro's place or switch on "Come to me" and they travel to you for their own posted travel fee. In a hurry? ASAP moves you up. Need it calmer? Ask for a sensory-friendly appointment with lower music and lights.

• Bring the Group — up to 6 people on one booking, same service for everyone, one payment. 5% off at 3 people, 10% off at 4 or more.

• Refresh Points — earn points on every booking and redeem from 100 points for $5, $15 or $30 in RefreshMe credit, applied to your bookings a little at a time.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Browse by category, or search by price, distance or earliest opening.
2. Pick a real time slot from your pro's calendar.
3. Pay in the app — card, Cash App, Klarna, bank or Amazon Pay.
4. Show up, or get shown up to. Rate your pro and you are done.

FOR PROS

Set your own services, prices, hours and photos. Group your menu into packages, à la carte services and add-ons, and run a flash deal when your chair goes quiet. Keep 90% of what you charge — RefreshMe takes 10% per booking, paid out to your own Stripe account once the job is confirmed complete. No booth rent. No listing fee.
