Ratings and reviews

Horrible experience by cashify. The guys didn't turn up at the right time, and kept harassing afterwards about when they would come. Then they tried their best to downplay the condition of the phone and were least interested in offering a fair price. Avoid at all costs. Its less troublesome to sell it to a nearby dealer for a little bit less money.

They show one price. And in person when they pick up. They change that price. And reduce it as much as they can. Even though if you have filled up boxes in the app. Like those flaws in your device. I didn't expect that at all. I could've used other platforms to sell it with some more price. It wasn't very promising when it comes to cost of selling products through them.

For your delivery partner, BluDart, the experience has been incredibly disappointing. They rarely fulfill deliveries on time. For example, a Cashify order has already taken four days in major cities like Ahmedabad. Additionally, their delivery personnel seem to take an extra two to three days just to figure out how to deliver the order. Nobody seems to understand the process either. In my opinion, Amazon is much better; even though I might pay a little more, everything goes according to plan.
