About this app

Regsta is shift scheduling and time tracking for businesses that work in shifts. The app puts your workday, your schedule and your hours on your phone.

Your workday at a glance
Today shows whether you are clocked in, your next shift and one button for what comes next.

Clock in in seconds
Clock in, start and end a break, and clock out with one tap each. Without a connection, the app keeps the time you tapped and sends it when you are back online, up to 72 hours later. Taps waiting to be sent are stored encrypted on your phone, and a tap sent twice is recorded once.

Your schedule, always with you
See your published shifts for the next six weeks and mark new ones as seen. Save or share them as a private calendar file without granting calendar access. The last schedule you opened stays readable without a connection for up to 72 hours.

Know your hours
Timesheets shows this week's hours and the status of each time entry: Awaiting approval, Approved or Rejected. Forgot to clock in? Add the missing shift with a reason.

Changes without confusion
Updates lists the decisions on your time entries and time-off requests, and marks the ones you have not read. To correct a time entry, give a reason. The original stays in the audit trail.

Time off in a few taps
Request holiday, personal or other time off for whole days, and follow the decision in Updates.

For managers
In the same app, managers approve or reject time entries, compare planned and recorded time, see who's working and decide time-off requests. A rejection needs a reason.

Your data
Each company's data is kept separate at database level. The app does not track your location and shows no ads. You can delete your account in the app under Account > Delete account.

Getting started
Your company sets up Regsta and invites you by email. Accept the invitation on the web, then sign in here. The app is in English and Danish.

Regsta supports the documentation of working time. Your employer remains responsible for its own collective agreements, exceptions and legal assessments.
