About this app

Flexnu is the driver app for flex traffic in Denmark – disabled driving, patient transport, school transport and other publicly ordered driving. Approved on FlexDanmark's positive list of vehicle communication and for Control System 51.

One button throughout the shift: the order, navigation, GPS and working hours in the same place. No box in the vehicle – the phone is everything.

YOU HEAR THE NEW ORDER

A new order makes a sound and vibrates and appears on the lock screen. It continues until you tap the card – even when the phone is in the holder.

ONE ORDER AT A TIME

You tap Next order. The order comes as one card with the transport company's own message – verbatim as it was sent. Addresses and phone numbers can be tapped: the address opens your map app, the number rings. You read the same thing that your haulier and the transport company see.

YOUR MAP APP, YOUR CHOICE

The first time you tap on an address, you choose Google Maps, Waze or Sygic. The app remembers your choice.

GPS THAT CONTINUES DRIVING WITHOUT COVERAGE

The position is sent every 15 seconds while driving and every 30 seconds when the vehicle is stationary – also in the background and with the screen locked. If you lose coverage, the positions are saved and sent together when the signal returns.

YOUR OWN WORKING HOURS

Seal in and out. Breaks are registered separately, and the times come from Flexnu – not from the phone’s clock. Your haulier downloads the working hours report for documentation, e.g. after FV10.

YOUR EARNINGS, WEEK BY WEEK

See this week, Monday to Sunday, calculated per vehicle run – the unit in which the driving is settled. Older periods can be found at flexnu.dk with your own login.

THE CARRIER

You select the car when you log in. If a colleague is already driving it, you can take it over – the colleague will be notified why.

YOU CAN SEE THAT IT WORKS

The app shows its own status: car number, connection, GPS and when the last GPS fix was taken.

LOG IN ONCE

Username and a personal 6-digit PIN. You will be logged in until you log out yourself.

FOR THE CARRIER

The car driver app (Flexnu Vognmand) and the car driver portal at flexnu.dk provide live maps of the cars, revenue per car run, car and driver, total working hours and your own portal access to subcontractors. DKK 200 excl. VAT per license per month – one license is one car, unlimited number of drivers. No commitment for the first month.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Should a box be installed in the vehicle? No. The position comes from the driver's phone.
How do I get a login? From your haulier. There is no public registration.
Does it work on both iPhone and Android? Yes.

• Agreement with a haulier who uses Flexnu
