Flexnu Vognmand is the app for the person who owns the vehicles.
See what is happening in your business right now — where the vehicles are, who is driving them, what the day has earned — without finding a computer.
LIVE MAP
Watch your vehicles on the map as they drive. Tap one to open that vehicle's day: the driver, the planned window, and the messages from the dispatch centre.
THE DAY'S VEHICLE-DAYS
One line per vehicle per day: driver, window, status and settlement. Step back to yesterday or forward to tomorrow. Open one to see the whole day, including every message from the dispatch centre, in the order they arrived.
REVENUE THAT REFUSES TO GUESS
Settled and awaiting are always shown apart. A trip that has been driven but not yet settled is shown as exactly that — never as zero, and never folded into a total it does not belong in. Choose a period and split it per vehicle, per driver, per route or per day.
PDF REPORTS
The period's revenue report, one vehicle-day, or one driver. Monthly and shift reports per driver. And the working-time report that documents your drivers' hours. All as PDFs you can send on to your bookkeeper or to the driver.
VEHICLES AND DRIVERS
Create, edit and archive vehicles and drivers. Choose which vehicles a driver may take. Reset a driver's PIN while you are standing in the yard — which is where the "I can't log in" call usually comes from.
TIME REGISTRATION
See your drivers' registrations with gross, break and net hours. Correct one with a reason that stays on the record.
BUILT TO TELL THE TRUTH
The app will not show a number it cannot stand behind. If something cannot be loaded, it says so — rather than showing a zero that looks like an answer. That is the most important design rule in the app, and it holds everywhere money appears.
ACCESS
This app requires a Flexnu operator login. If you are a driver, use the Flexnu driver app instead.
