Relaso CRM Customers can create a support ticket by making a missed call to the mobile number where this app is installed. Multiple calls from the same number do not register duplicate tickets. However, the new call time is added as a Note in Relaso CRM. This App sends the calling number and the time of the call. Relaso CRM only records data for existing Customers, rest is rejected.
Typically, then the support team calls the client for more details about the call.
Generated support tickets can be seen in "Support Tickets" dashboard in Relaso CRM (not in this App).
