the worst online bank I have ever used. I wish I could give it negative stars! if you are a person who makes money to be able to use that money, DO NOT get this bank! they are NOT transparent with transfer times, the app ALWAYS has glitches, and need to use your virtual card? ha! good luck with that. it blocks off half of each number so you have to guess what they are. this bank does not connect to anything, so zero convenience and it takes A WEEK to get your money if you transfer it to relay!

I am really satisfied with Relay. It meets most of my business needs, there are no monthly charges, and it is extremely convenient. The number of subaccounts and debit cards (physical and virtual) is great. This allows me to ensure that money is directed to the correct area of my business, and there is no guesswork come tax time. The only reason they are not getting 5 stars is because set up was not a smooth process -- not at all. The time for a payment to clear seemed way too long in the beginning. I don't know if I have gotten used to the amount of time it takes now or if they are clearing faster since the account is not brand new, but money seems to be available a lot sooner than before. I also have to keep another business bank account with another bank because this one does not provide checks (mailing paperwork and sending a check in the mail separately does not work).

Customer Service is non-existent. If I could provide them with 0 stars, it most likely would occur. My business checking account had nearly $2k in fraudulent transactions run on it. The moment I noticed, I filed disputes and reached out to Relay's support. 2 weeks after the transactions occurred, I've received minimal feedback, and funds have yet to be returned to my account. I don't understand how this company could possibly continue to attract new customers.
