this app is not user friendly. I tried to sign in to make an early payment, the stupid app said I was denied credit, I wasn't applying for a new loan., the automated voice kept talking so fast I had to call back 3 times just to enter my debit info to make an early payment. I just got the loan yesterday and paid it in full today, all the app kept saying was to check my credit report because I was denied a loan, I wasn't trying to get another loan. this app has alot of bugs that needs worked out.

Garbage - Having to set up payments multiple days prior and being unable to edit it once I had put in the 'request' to pay the account. Everything is automatic, and paying off a custom amount does not affect the upcoming payments. The fact that if you cannot pay it within '100 Days' then the price completely triples is insane to me. The app and website are horrible to understand/read.

The WORST experience from an app I've ever had. Literally inaccessible. You cannot login. I entered my email only to be sent a verification code. BUT every time you leave the app, to check your email for instance, the app resets back to the login screen. Then when you enter your email again you're sent a new code. This leaves you going in circles, forever being sent a verification code you cannot enter. Also the horrid company capitalized the first letter of my email for some reason.
