Ratings and reviews

Scary..Help you financial apps are scary. Be wary about linking your bank account with anything. The caveat, if approved, is that the credit amount you get only works with their network of stores of items to spend it. Also, your bank information is never deleted even when you don't want to use them. If you finally talk to them they say "There's no way for us to remove that." Nor provides proof that you discontinue using them.

SCAM!! Made the buyout payment in two payments back to back days... the app didn't process the payments as a "buyout" and they charged me for the following weeks. When I called customer service to ask why my account wasn't updated....they said the payment had to be made in on lump sum. The app didn't say that. I asked for a refund. Then I asked to pay the buyout total....customer service said I couldn't make a buyout payment when a refund is being processed 🤦🤦🤦 DOUBLE DIP!!!

The WORST experience from an app I've ever had. Literally inaccessible. You cannot login. I entered my email only to be sent a verification code. BUT every time you leave the app, to check your email for instance, the app resets back to the login screen. Then when you enter your email again you're sent a new code. This leaves you going in circles, forever being sent a verification code you cannot enter. Also the horrid company capitalized the first letter of my email for some reason.
