Policy no 39183455 This has been a very frustrating experience. I've been repeatedly asked to renew my policy, but the updated premium amount still isn't reflected in the app, even though I've tried to renew it multiple times. Furthermore, customer service told me that my health check-up hd been booked. However, when I went to the center, I was told that no appointment had been scheduled in my name. This has caused unnecessary trouble and is just driving me crazy already wrote many times mail

I am extremely disappointed with the Care app and their customer support. My health reports have been pending for the last 10 days, and despite multiple assistance requests and calls, there has been no proper response or resolution. Every time I request a support call, I either receive no callback and no action taken. This kind of delay and negligence is unacceptable, especially for health-related matters where timely reports are crucial. The app experience and customer service are very poor.

My child was admitted due to high fever and seizure, and the claim was submitted for cashless treatment. All required documents were already provided to the hospital and submitted to Care Health Insurance. An investigator also visited the hospital and verified the case.However, the claim status has been showing "Under Review" for a long time without any clear update. I contacted your customer care multiple times, but I was only advised to wait without any proper solutions. very very worst
