First, there is no basic cancellation option like other services offer, meaning if you change your mind or make an error, you are completely trapped and at the mercy of their support team. Second, their customer support is practically non-existent. My transfer has been stuck for the past 15 days, and whenever I try to message an agent, I get the exact same automated response: "will check with team, thanks for patience." To make matter

it works but if there's an issue and some times there will be an issue with their transfers and they will take weeks if not months to take action to solve the issue and you are stuck hanging and not sure if ever they will resolve the issue. I didn't get a resolution even after 20 days and still waiting.

My experience has been very disappointing — their support team appears unreachable and unresponsive. Thankfully, I sought assistance before transferring any money. I’m concerned about what might have happened if I had completed the payment without clarification.
