If your salary is paid via Remote, you can view your payslip in the app. See your pay history, download and share without logging into Remote on the web.

If you’re a contractor, you can view your submitted invoices in the app. Track approval status and see upcoming payments.

If your employer manages expenses via Remote, you can submit expenses in seconds. Take a photo or upload attachments, and we’ll automatically capture the details for you to submit.

would easily give this 5/5 if they allowed us to use older invoices as templates for new ones. i dont understand how the mobile app is missing a feature that went live on desktop in 2024...🥲

Truly awful customer service. They didn't pay out my payroll and it's been nearly a week and they don't seem to understand this is a huge problem for me, and they're not in any rush to fix it. Nobody is owning my problem and seeing it through to resolution. And every message they send telling me my problem has NOT been solved ends with "Have a nice day!" Hard to do when they're holding my money. There are many other payroll providers, don't use this one.

Support will answer you and when they are unable to give you an answer or unable to help you, they will no longer respond to you. They respond within a day every day as but when they don't want to answer you anymore, they will just leave you hanging even if you send them follow ups. Poor customer experience!!
