Remote Viewer
What if you tried to draw something you've never seen?
Remote viewing is the practice of attempting to perceive a hidden target — a photograph, a location, an object — using only your mind. Made famous by the CIA's Stargate Project in the 1970s and studied by parapsychologists since, it's a curious mental exercise that's part puzzle, part meditation, part bet against your own intuition.
This app is a self-contained trainer for trying it yourself.
How a session works
You're shown a randomly-generated target code — a meaningless string like T-4719. The target it refers to is hidden.
You sit with the code and write down or sketch out impressions: shapes, textures, colors, feelings, anything that comes to mind.
When you're done, the app reveals the actual target image, and you compare it to your impressions.
Some sessions feel uncannily close. Most don't. That's the experiment.
