My original review (now deleted) was from September '22, in which I complained that the app was pretty much unusable. From then until about a week ago (end of April 24), a few issues were fixed and workarounds were used - it was an okay app. However, I am now unable to see my battery percentage (the main reason for using the app!)

used to work acceptably, although lacking some remote control functionalities such as door lock Since two weeks it stopped connecting to the car and became useless ever since. Lately the car itself stopped to connect with the id connect account. I have tried countless workarounds, like logout, remove/readd account to the car, change pwd. No progress at all. Support is also basically inexistent.

Unreliable, have to keep removing app from phone and reinstalling it daily to set it to charge or when sending it a job. Pointless until that is fixed, still nothing change with the app very unreliable. You need to make it so that when it's plugged in the charger takes control of it. When it's plugged in I should have to press charge or allow Ohme app to take control. If I press max charge on Ohme it won't work because I have to go back to the Renault app to press start charging again .
