This app doesn't work, period! Tried multiple devices on both IOS and Android, and still never worked. We were able to register and accept the invitation for our home but it would just load at that point and continue to load anytime we opened the app. I tried reaching out to Rently prior to this review but over a week and no reply. It's obviously apparent based on other reviews that they don't care. Chaulk it up as a loss and accept you'll never be able to program your lock using the subpar app.

App NEVER works! This app never works. it dies after each update. I tried ti launch it tonight and it tells me i have no access login and logout but since the app won't function, guess what can't do that at all. uninstall reinstall for lime the 6th or 7th time just to change or add an access code. Yet our slum Lords swear this app works for everyone else, complete and utter bs. thanks Rently for a completely inferior product.

App flat out doesn't work. Multiple reinstalls. Right next to lock. Wifi and location enabled and working fine. Won't even load to accept invitation from landlord or register. Clearly by the negative reviews this has been a problem for over a year and Rently just doesn't care to fix it.

What's new

User will be able to move out of the property upon the end of his/her lease. Once this feature is performed a renter will no longer have access to his/her lock(s)
