Very poor customer support experience. I raised a closure request 3 days ago, but due to the support team’s poor handling, I had to shift it. Now, while re-raising the request, I’m being charged for an additional 3–4 days. The team keeps transferring the issue instead of resolving it. Even the promised callback was never received, with no proper follow-up. Very disappointing support.

One of the worst customer experiences I've had. The interface is confusing, and the chatbot is completely useless. Customer support gives incorrect guidance, leading to unnecessary charges, then denies responsibility. I was told charges would be revised, but they still billed me. Every call means repeating the same issue. They even charged late fees despite delaying responses. I ended up paying more after following their instructions. Extremely disappointing!I would not recommend this platform.

Horrible service! They accepted the pincode details at the time of placing an order even when all details were given prior to placing it but one day before the delivery they went ahead and casually cancelled it saying that pincode is unserviceable. On top of it, the delivery executive was mean and didn't offer to help in any way. When contacted, they simply said it is not possible and did not provide any alternative.
