We rented 2 products from rentomojo and had a hassle free experience. We faced some issue with one of them but the team was very quick and helpful in getting it replaced within no time. We now shifted to a new place and had to return the products. The team went out of the way to pick up the product from a distant location. Special thanks to Tarun bhaiya for the support.

I had rented with them for a little over 5 years. While I had trouble from the start, I considered them teething issues. Over the years, numerous repairs and customer service issues later, I finally decided to end the subscription. The final pickup was the icing on the cake for me. I was told that the incentive for the pick-up crew is based on the 5 star ratings from the customers on this app. I fail to see the logic. The crew demanded a tip. That was absolutely uncalled for.

Totally nonsensical app. The executives don't know what they are doing. I raised a request for ownership transfer 7 times, and every time it was canceled. I canceled the subscription and raised a request for pickup, but they also canceled the pickup request automatically. I strongly suggest buying the product but not renting it.
