Asking for a KYC after the order has been placed seems bit misleading, but the service from the techinal team and the delivery team is very kind and excellent. This app will help u save a lot of money if you are looking for a product for short-term use. Although experience might differ from person to person.

They are not professional about their work at all. Had to get ac serviced 3 times and 3rd time is still dragging on. They have not waviered my rent for an ac which is not cooling. Scheduled slots dates are not followed. Mismanaged poor communication lack of promptness and over delay of issues present highly between dept-technician. The only way to connect is via chat which is very inconvenient and useless(did not resolve my issue at all). Will not recommend anyone.

I had placed an order for an AC a week back. It was supposed to be delivered on 3 days back. Everytime I chat with the customer service executive they say that I'll get a call from the "logistics team". Been waiting 3 days for a call from this imaginary logistics team. And to add to it, the customer support is coming up with innovative lies as well. I was told that the product couldn't be delivered due to some issues in my society. I live in an independent house. RUN!! DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!!!
