Pathetic service. Ordered a treadmill on 10th December. For 15–20 days, Rentomojo kept lying that it would be delivered in 7–9 days due to “no stock,” while the app still showed availability. They finally canceled the order themselves, and till now no refund and no proper explanation. Complete waste of time and totally unreliable. Do not trust this app.

Worst experience. They collected my 6-month bank statement and advance payment, then immediately refused delivery saying 'out of stock.' Then they tried to rent the SAME laptop at a higher price! They just want your interest-free money and data. Don't pay them a single rupee in advance. 1 Star is too much. This app uses a predatory 'bait and switch' model.

I am using rento mojo furnitures since appx 2 months. 1. The quality of the furnitures are quite good. Only reason I have given it one star. 2. The quality of the electronics are not that good. It provides 2 star products which consume more electricity. 3. now the worst part is their service. If you try to be organised and prebook your date long back you won't be able to most of the time. They will give you a date as per their availability and you would have to accept that or delay that.
