Ratings and reviews

I use this as a manager for a busy pub in central london, I find it very usefull when not at the pub. but most of the time I cant see the home screen with all of the scores, it doesnt load. And theres no translate button for any other language on the website or on the app, and no copy and paste option making it difficult to understand the reviews if not physically at a computer. I use it daily and still love it but think it would be a great improvement if I could click "translate"

12/25 1 star is FAR too high for this garbage platform 11/25 Update- wow, you made it worse. The new update to the app and desktop are atrocious. Whoever changed it should be embarrassed. Support is less than unhelpful and has caused a MASSIVE problem on my GMB. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Doesn't give you the unlimited backgrounds checks like they say they will. It tells you what number of people are looking for you but when you click on it, it doesn't show you as many people as they say are looking for you or it keeps showing you the same person. When you click on the occasional different person that is looking for you, there isn't any information on them!
