12/25 1 star is FAR too high for this garbage platform 11/25 Update- wow, you made it worse. The new update to the app and desktop are atrocious. Whoever changed it should be embarrassed. Support is less than unhelpful and has caused a MASSIVE problem on my GMB. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I use this as a manager for a busy pub in central london, I find it very usefull when not at the pub. but most of the time I cant see the home screen with all of the scores, it doesnt load. And theres no translate button for any other language on the website or on the app, and no copy and paste option making it difficult to understand the reviews if not physically at a computer. I use it daily and still love it but think it would be a great improvement if I could click "translate"

August 21st 2025. You completely destroyed this app. Previously one could reply quickly with a positive template reply from both sections of the templates. Now all the negative ones sort first in random order. The replies no longer address the reviewer by their Google handle. shame shame shame!
