About this app

Check Earth's energy like you check the weather. 🌍

ResonanceOne is the calm, ad-free Schumann Resonance app. We translate Earth frequency data (Schumann Resonance, solar flares, and geomagnetic activity) into one simple daily energy index from 0 to 100. No confusing charts. No fear. Just a clear number, updated hourly from real scientific instruments, right on your home screen widget.

🌿 100% AD-FREE, BUILT BY AN INDIE TEAM
No ads. No data selling. No dark patterns. Made by a small independent team that answers to users, not advertisers. What keeps us running is an optional supporter subscription, nothing more.

📊 ONE DAILY NUMBER (0-100)
Your daily energy index blends Schumann Resonance amplitude and frequency with the Kp index and solar activity, live from the Tomsk Space Observing System and NOAA. Real science, explained in plain language.

📱 HOME SCREEN WIDGETS
See Earth's energy without opening the app. A glanceable Activity Index widget, plus a detailed one with current space weather. Both refresh automatically throughout the day.

🔮 3-DAY FORECAST
Look ahead, not just at today. Our forecast projects the energy index up to three days out, so you know what kind of days are coming.

📝 MOOD TRACKING + AI INSIGHTS
Log how you feel in seconds. AI-powered reflections break down what shaped Earth's energy on each of your days and surface your personal patterns over time. Works fully offline, syncs when you sign in.

☀️ SOLAR FLARE & GEOMAGNETIC ALERTS
Gentle notifications for solar flares, geomagnetic storms, and unusual activity spikes. Context, not alarm.

🎧 DAILY EARTH ENERGY PODCAST
2-3 minute daily audio updates plus a Sunday deep dive, layered with subtle binaural tones at the Schumann frequency (7.83 Hz).

🧘 30+ GROUNDING & WELLNESS PRACTICES
Evidence-based breathwork, meditation, and grounding techniques matched to today's activity level, all referenced to peer-reviewed research.

💬 A CALM GLOBAL COMMUNITY
One continuous worldwide conversation: reply, react, and scroll back through days, each marked with its energy index. Watch check-ins appear on a spinning 3D globe, browse public profiles, and send connection requests to people you resonate with. Contact details (WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, email...) are only exchanged when you both accept. Privacy first, zero noise, zero toxicity.

⚡ FAST, SMOOTH, BEAUTIFUL
Fast startup, fluid animations, and a refined dark interface that feels as calm as the app's message.

Ratings and reviews

great app if you're into the Schumann resonance. The people are wonderful on this app I must admit, a real positive group of individuals you will find here. The creator Kevin has worked hard on this app you can tell, and from what I understand he created it himself. I see it as a passion project that he realized. And that should definitely mean something. I have only seen thorough care and commitment in its architecture and it's very easy to navigate and understand. 5 stars from me.

It's a great way to start your day when you wake up. Too often people reach for their phones and just start doom scrolling. Resonance One gives you a quick update to help you frame your feelings with how the earth has been behaving whilst you have been asleep. It's calming and it's educational.

I'm very impressed with the app's layout and amount of included information. The content is very science oriented, which is what I was looking for. The app itself has been flawless for me, from installation to daily use. There are still things I'm finding as I use it, not because they are difficult to find, but because of the wealth of useful information.
