Recently switched from Wati afer 2 years with that. HUGE difference! worth every shekel. the app works smoothly with no bugs, is feature rich and you can tell they have put a lot of thought on UX. also the support team is very helpful- it was really easy to get an agent, and they proactively called me to make sure everything is OK. i tried many whatsapp API solutions prior, and this one is the best i tried. glad i have found it.

New version of this app is absolutely terrible. Only able to send one picture at a time from gallery to customers. We are dealing with hundreds of customers every day who needs MULTIPLE photos of producrs, services, documentation and WHAT is the point of using respond.io when whatsapp alone can send more than 10 photos at a time? Not friendly at all, not worth the subscription fee paid monthly. Cancelling subscription after this.

We apologize for this experience. We are currently working to release improvements for the mobile app, the selection of multiple files is included in the next release and expected to be released before the quarter ends.

Don't waste your time or money. This platform blocked all my WhatsApp numbers. Besides making me spend a lot of money on the personalized plan, which, besides not solving my problem, caused me much more. AWFUL, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
