Ratings and reviews

Keeps needing to be uninstalled and reloaded due to internal errors. It will stop and say "Whoops!" And that's it. Gets very frustrating. I have not run into this prior to a recent update - customer service did not quiz me at all the first time I called. They immediately walked me through what I had to do to run again. So - not an unfamiliar issue.

I have been shopping on the Rue la la app for approximately three years & four months,It's been great! Customer service is excellent with response times. I haven't had any problems with my orders being processed or shipping thus far. I'm happy to say that I can now shop with the option to use Afterpay at check out. Now, I try to shop as often as I can for the items that I want on Rue la la...it's definitely worth it!!! The items that I have purchased are excellent quality & they pack them well!

I have ordered many times from this site and I've never had a problem. The only thing I would suggest is that they incorporate pics with models so you can see how the jewelry will actually look on you. Also, multiple pics of the angle of the product would be helpful. They currently only show 1 pic and it's sometimes confusing (depending on the product).
