Ratings and reviews

Has a few brand name stores on the supported retailers list. It does not have any big sale stores like Amazon, Wal Mart, Best Buy, etc. on the list, where most of my purchases are made even though it shows it on this app's play store page. Not available in my area either. If this app did what it states it does, it would be a very helpful resource service to me & I would even take advantage of the paid premium services.

Genius App!! So excited to have all my online returns taken care of so efficiency. I used to have boxes of returns lying around for days. Now I can just pop them into the RQ bag a few taps on my app, leave it at my door and it is gone!! Customer Support was so helpful when I had some questions regarding my account. 3/14/22 love and appreciate the transparency. I got an email with a receipt of my monthly payment!

Used to be great. The service is still great but the app gets worse and worse. Won't connect to my Gmail so all orders have to be entered manually. Customer support was no help. Can't filter by retailer anymore. I wish they would roll back to the old version that worked great
