This app is absolutley hopless tried several times to log in but keeps telling me its the wrong username or password...which it certainly is not.I log into Etihad Guest with the same details no problem at all.Sort it out for goodness sake or scrap it .

I have an account and there is money inside the wallet and still can't login, I requested for a new card since last year and nothing happening till now, what a waste of time and money
