Ratings and reviews

I’ve tried a lot of real estate apps over the years and most of them either oversimplify everything or drown you in data that isn’t actually useful. Reventure hits a really nice balance. The market trends, migration data, and pricing insights actually make sense and feel relevant to what’s happening right now, not just generic national averages. I especially like being able to compare different cities and see where growth or decline is really happening.

Helped keep me from making a bad decision. The information aggregation and access is amazing, as long as you understand how to use it. We desperately wanted to buy a bigger house, but all the data on this app told us to wait. It kept us from making a large mistake, as 2 years later, the trends forecast was proven correct. Well worth the subscription price for 3 months.

As a one month paid user, or someone preparing to buy a house (soon), I'd rate this app fairly priced and five stars. Great app, especially if they simplify their scoring approach. If your time horizon is longer, I don't think the market moves fast enough or their data is granular enough to justify on-going fees.
