I like the app and information. I am looking to buy a house for myself not as a money making investment, because real estate is not liquid enough for me. I did subscribe for a year after getting a deal, but will not renew at this time. When housing prices and the subscription price drops more, I may subscribe again.

Helped keep me from making a bad decision. The information aggregation and access is amazing, as long as you understand how to use it. We desperately wanted to buy a bigger house, but all the data on this app told us to wait. It kept us from making a large mistake, as 2 years later, the trends forecast was proven correct. Well worth the subscription price for 3 months.

As a one month paid user, or someone preparing to buy a house (soon), I'd rate this app fairly priced and five stars. Great app, especially if they simplify their scoring approach. If your time horizon is longer, I don't think the market moves fast enough or their data is granular enough to justify on-going fees.
