This is a great app for those looking for solid numbers to back their real estate decision. It provides metrics for rental markets, domestic migration, and a very helpful home price forecast score. The interface is very intuitive and explains the meaning of the different metrics very well. The support is also phenomenal. Every time I've had an issue they've been quick to resolve it. I've been a paid subscriber since the app has been released and it's been money well spent.

As a one month paid user, or someone preparing to buy a house (soon), I'd rate this app fairly priced and five stars. Great app, especially if they simplify their scoring approach. If your time horizon is longer, I don't think the market moves fast enough or their data is granular enough to justify on-going fees.

Helped keep me from making a bad decision. The information aggregation and access is amazing, as long as you understand how to use it. We desperately wanted to buy a bigger house, but all the data on this app told us to wait. It kept us from making a large mistake, as 2 years later, the trends forecast was proven correct. Well worth the subscription price for 3 months.
