This app is a mess. It often says I don't have a network connection when I do. Poor translations lead to confusing explanations within the app. Auto unlock does not work. Asks for microphone & phone permissions for some reason. Uses confusing day/month/year date format. Having additional users REQUIRES them to install this app and create a Revolo account. Yuck! This alone led me to return the lock, no way I'll make other users do that. No other lock requires that. So shady!

This was a little bit of a pain to install and get working. But other than that it has been working great, I love that it auto locks and doesn't require a hub to connect to alexa. Installing one my back door tomorrow. I will update with any issues. After changing batteries in units they will no longer connect to the app or pair. I'm able to reset devices and pair with phone but the app will not recognize devices I have Uninstaller app and reinstall but still can not connect.

It works ok. Trying to set the door sensor function has been a challenge. It says open door, then close door, while still saying open door. Then close door with the bolt out to touch the door frame, and again saying to keep it open. Everytime I tried to set it, it failed. I gave up. I didn't see or read anything that you have to download the app to operate the door. I will check the lock installation instructions again, but I didn't see it. I went to the Google Play Store and downloaded it.
