RezSpot is the booking app for operators who'd rather pay a flat fee than hand over a commission.
You pay a flat monthly subscription. Customers pay through your own Stripe account — the money lands in your bank, not ours. Take payment online when they book, or in person at the appointment with Tap to Pay on iPhone.
Built for the small businesses where a slot of time is the product.
WHAT YOU GET
• Public booking page for every resource — share a link, post a QR code, list yourself in Discover • Tap to Pay — accept contactless payments in person: physical debit and credit cards, and other digital wallets, right on your phone with no extra hardware • Waitlists — capture the customers you'd have turned away, and fill cancellations automatically • Appointment reminders 24 hours ahead, so a booking made weeks ago doesn't become an empty slot • Booking confirmations, so a client has a record the moment they're booked • Memberships with recurring billing through your Stripe — earlier access, waived per-booking fees, revenue you can count on • Multi-day rentals with per-night pricing • Partition capacity for resources taking multiple bookings at once (mats in a class, boards on a rack) • Staff access with per-role permissions • Cancellation and refund policies you set • Booker calendar sync — customers subscribe to their bookings in Google Calendar • Walk-in entry, no-show tracking, agenda swipe actions • Reschedule in place — move an appointment's time without cancelling and rebooking it
