The app doesn't follow the schedule; it just ignores it. This is Nov 13, after the UTC update. The schedule doesn't understand that 12am comes before 1am, and this confuses it. I've had two colds showers in a row because it keeps disabling itself! The "off" mode used to work, but now fully disabled the heater instead of just setting it to not run in the middle of the night - the entire reason for a schedule. App doesn't show current water temperature (the most useful thing it could show)!

New version absolutely doesn't work. Since a recent update and EcoNet incident, schedues stopped working. Even if turned on, they run incorrectly. I tried resetting the hot water heater. This app has no means to link to it again. Even if you set up the hot water heater directly (also a stupid mess), this app can't find it. The entire procedure is just as nonsense as scheduling. EcoNet is a complete failure.

Hi Kevin, we are sorry you were experiencing issues. We faced an issue with systems supporting the app where some time zones were being communicated to the app as UTC rather than the correct time zone. It constantly and to be rated. That takes off at least 2 stars. Was hoping it would give me actual water temp, but only gives an idea of what is set too. Awkward interface. The new interface is nice. Seems to have improved reliability. However, now I can't control my water heater with Google home. I think I prefer it the other way around.
