This app has only gotten worse over the last 2 years. This most recent update has forced me to delete the app and removing my thermostat from our WiFi network. App will never connect to the thermostat but can usually be fixed by resetting the WiFi connection. Not this time, it disconnected and never connected again. Sat through numerous spinning circles of connection but none ever completed. And to the obviously automated response, no I will not be calling your 1-800 number. Do better!

Functional, but a bit lacking. App could allow for easier changing of temperatures and show when the furnace or ac is actually running! Changing to one star because the app disconnected and won't reconnect! Complete garbage! Finally connected and then the most recent update caused it to disconnect again. Somehow after trying for hours (literally), I ended up getting the right sequence of events & key presses and the thing connected. But I had to NOT follow tech support recommendations!

Pairing a water heater to this app is simply busted. I had to do several manual steps outside of the app including swapping the network I was connected to at a precise time in order to compensate for the app failing to swap networks on its own. Also, why are there 2 apps on the play store with identical builds named two different things? Everything about this process was frustrating and I'm a technologist. I can't imagine being someone who isn't technical enough to solve the issues I had to.
