Ratings and reviews

Cannot log in phone number or email. For a couple of days, there has been an issue logging into the app. when trying to login with phone number, it gives an error and asks to log in with email address. When you log in with email address, it errors out and asks to use phone number. I cleared the cache and uninstalled and reinstalled but it still does not log on properly. This is using the most current version of the app.

This is the most difficult and constantly changing app. Every time I use this app, weekly, it's different. I want to be able to leave a note for the shopper picking my groceries on a particular item. Not this week. That was last week's feature. I'd love to be able to tap on the photo of any item for more info. Not possible. Thank goodness for Google. I recently switched grocery stores from Fred Meyer to Carrs, and the Freddy's app runs circles around the Carrs app.

I like being able to make pick up orders but I have 3 recommendations for you: #1 - add isle numbers based on the location I have selected. #2 - make it easier to switch locations to see if something not available at one store is available at another. #3 - tell me if the item I'm looking at is in stock.
