I subscribed to this site and the quality of food wasn't good and wanted to change the diet plan.. couldn't contact at all for 5days and there was an issue in the application and can't contact one of customer service and they deducted even all meals amounts to cancel and when I tried to reach them why they didn't reply again.. very very bad experience

worst app in the world, not smart at all. it enables you to favourite meal items but if you forgot to choose your own meals before 48 hrs it allocates automatically from the worst selection that i complained about or gave 1 star, never once selected automatically from your favourite menu, it selects from the options that no body wants. another point they never clarify what part of the chicken it is, some ppl can't eat legs or breasts. don't get me wrong the food is good but dealing with this app

This app has so many errors. After payment I got info "payment cancelled" despite bank charging me full amount. I chose 1300-1500kcal plan, and the app shows "1750-1850kcal pending plan" (since it thinks payment was cancelled). Solution from the support? - they advised to restart the app. After restart, the main screen shows 1500kcal plan, and other screen still shows 1750-1850kcal.
