First two experiences with Lynk: missed an appointment (we did arrive, but late) and then had to cancel a dinner reservation because no taxi ever showed up. After an hour, I called, and the rep said they couldn't find any taxis for my booking (made well in advance. Ireland needs other options, this is absolutely ridiculous.

I booked a taxi through this app and now I can't access the trip in my history so I'm unable to claim it back through work. Every time I go into my history it just says that something went wrong. if you are going to be using this company for business expenses please skip them and use them more reputable business instead like Uber.

Great service best thing you can pre-book weeks in advance. Taxi drivers are lovely and converse if you ask anything.
