Extremely disappointed with AJIO! I ordered 2 kurtas worth ₹1,700, but received wrong and cheap products that look like they cost ₹50. There is no option for return or refund on the app, and no proper support. This is unacceptable. I need a resolution ASAP—either a pickup and full refund or the correct products delivered. I called and spoke twice and emailed multiple times. still my issue is not addressed.

App's interface is not good. Yes it's affordable but quality of the products is dirt cheap. Most of the products have only exchange policy. You'll order something with return and exchange policy but by the time you'd want to return it, their policy changes and they say now it's only available for exchange and you'll be left with that product. Pathetic! Try going for offline shopping instead and you'll get much better options and at least better transparency.

I placed an order on May 20th, which was supposed to be dispatched on May 24th and delivered by May 28th. Not only did they fail to dispatch it on time, but when I called customer care today to raise a complaint, they simply canceled my order instead of resolving the issue. Horrible customer service and a totally useless app. Save your time and money, avoid Ajio!
