It’s fast, secure and easy to use and there are no separate fees from Incredible Bank (your carrier’s text messaging and web access charges may apply.) To start, you just need a Incredible Bank online banking username and password.

GETTING STARTED

To use the Incredible Bank App, you must be enrolled as an Incredible Bank online banking user. If you currently use our online banking, simply download the app, launch it, and log in with the same online banking username and password. After you successfully log in to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Very easy to use, convenient. The support center portion would be so much better if it had its own integrated support system that could handle minor changes to your account. I.e. Change of address, phone number, all it would necessarily need is a way to avoid personal interaction Some personnel have difficulty with personal interaction.

Deposit 2 checks. Requires 4 attempts to get past notification that "Mobile Deposit Only " is required in the endorsement on check 1, needed 7 attempts on check 2. If I do it twice, just Deposit and place a hold until it's manually reviewed. Don't waste my time over and over again on your lousy app!
