To start, you just need a Incredible Bank online banking username and password.

GETTING STARTED

To use the Incredible Bank App, you must be enrolled as an Incredible Bank online banking user. If you currently use our online banking, simply download the app, launch it, and log in with the same online banking username and password. After you successfully log in to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

I love knowing my balance and what checks have been cashed. Whenever I make a purchase, I know right away what my balance is. I love this app!!

Updating my review because the support team was very helpful in reaching out to me about my issue. It still hasn't resolved, but their team is aware of it now, and said they will begin fixing the bugs I was experiencing. Gotta love smaller town banks! :) Hope it's fixed soon!

Very easy to use, convenient. The support center portion would be so much better if it had its own integrated support system that could handle minor changes to your account. I.e. Change of address, phone number, all it would necessarily need is a way to avoid personal interaction Some personnel have difficulty with personal interaction.
