The app auto log out my account and I tried to log in again. But the app is stucked in the login interface can not log in. Then the staff used the computer to check my account also can not query. They called the head office to inquire and said no. & then checked my mailbox and text message. After that do nothing. They said you dont have any account register over here. What can I do? After that, my account can log in and I showed them. They said "system faulty" then why you didnt mention just now?

I can't shop for any products with this app. When I click on the shopping cart, it redirects me to the internet browser instead. The website in the internet browser isn't so user friendly either. Its interface and website navigation doesn't allow me to shop normally and I can't even view the user reviews for any of the products.

Took me so many times to log in. Automatically log out when i click for my account and my rewards. Already uninstall few times, update the new one also the same. How am i suppose to claim my rewards if the app itself can't work??? Please fixed this problem asap.
